I'm 24!!!

Sunday was my birthday and boy was it a fantastic day! It was kind of nice having my birthday fall on a Sunday this year because it was really relaxed and filled with family. My parents got me this swing for my back porch and it turns out its my little monkeys new favorite thing. We eat breakfast on the swing, we have play time on the swing, we have quiet time before her nap on the swing and when daddy comes home from work she's just dying to show him the swing like he forgot it was there or something lol. My wonderful husband gave me my first sewing machine which my mother in law is going to have to show me how to work and which Grandma supplied all the fun goodies to go with it. I got a new memory card for my camera, Elvis Pezley machines from Puckie, camping gear from Mark, and of course the most thought out gift from Leanne. I opened her card and read the following..."Happy Birthday Denee'! We wanted to give you 24 of your favorite things..........", I opened it to find 24 different things of Salt!!! NO WAY! It was so dang funny. It's a family joke and I always get made fun of because when we sit down to eat I always have to ask them to pass the salt...at least twice. Most of the time now, there's just one already sitting in front of me :) I couldn't believe how nice and thoughtful everyone was to have celebrated my birthday with me. It was one of the best birthdays I've had. Oh and Thanks Uncle Bobby and mom for cooking that wonderful Sunday dinner it was so good! They made one of my favorites. Thai food, and boy was it good. I can't believe I'm already 24.
