Chris and 2 of his buddies started a Christmas Light business this year to make some extra cash. They have really worked hard and all of us wives couldn't be more proud of them. No one could have imagined the amount of work they would draw in b/c it was their first year doing it, and b/c they didn't really have any advertisement other than craigslist and the homemade signs they put up. We have truly been blessed this Thanksgiving and Christmas season and have so much to be thankful for. They were featured in a really big magazine down here in the valley called "Phoenix Magazine" and I just wanted to post the article because I think they deserve the recognition for all their hard work......ok ok, it's really b/c Chris is embarrassed that his picture is the one they put in the article....but hey I'm proud too! ha ha If you click on the article it will make it bigger, if anyone out there is wanting to read it.

Trevor and I were just saying that people could make a killing on putting up xmas lights. Then Brant Heap's mom was telling me that they knew a guy that did that for exta cash and made like 6 grand one season. They charged by the strand and did awesome!!!
Chad found that article in the magazine about a week ago and had to come ask me what your husbands name was cause "he thought he had seen him before"

That's awesome! We love Christmas decor, but so far this year, our outside is not touched. We don't have power outside yet! Dang! It's so fun to see all the lights.. so it's awesome he is making the Valley brighter and happier this holiday season.
