Little Rays of Sunshine!

The circus is in town and boy has it been fun. We had 50 billion family parties this last weekend and it hasn't stopped since. My sister in law is here from Utah and I just love it because Jayda always has someone to play with and the visiting and food never stops. They blessed their newest addition my nephew in our ward on Sunday and it was great. Then we had our monthly family home evening which was fun. I think Grandpa-pa and Grandma-ma love it just as much as the little kids do. We had a water day already and it's only February, and we enjoyed the park today as well. I think Jayda has been on fruit snack overload and is absolutely going to be bored out of her mind when they go back to Utah.

I'm doing good so far in this pregnancy. I'll be 26 weeks tomorrow and it has definitely gone by a lot faster than it did with Jayda. We finally got all the baby stuff moved from Jayda's room into Mayas new room, and Jayda has been sleeping in her new big girl bed for the past 3 days. She surprisingly has done amazing. No fits, no trying to get up or escape her room, and no crying for her old bed/crib. I'm so proud of her. She did walk by Mayas room though the first morning and see all her old baby furniture in there and say..."Hey dats my bed!" I'll have to post some pictures of her enjoying her bed later.


We also had a little photo shoot of my nephew this morning for his birth/baby announcements. I don't know what those things are called lol Anyways it was pretty funny trying to situate him and to get pictures in between fussing fits, but luckily for us Grammie came to the rescue with her stealth like moves. She hid under the blankets and cradled him so he wouldn't roll all over, it was pretty funny. Our set up; 3 blankets, 1 fold up table, back yard block wall for shade....check and one Grammie for a prop holder. :) I didn't think they were going to turn out very good but they actually weren't that bad so now I'm excited for my little one to come along and take some of her.
