"To Do's.....and Will Do's??"

Does Anyone else out there feel like they have a billion things they want to do, or that they would like to try? Well I do. Everyday that passes by that I don't accomplish one of those things, or at least attempt to try.....while failing horribly day after day, I get frustrated. I feel like my brain is going to explode with all the ideas and new ventures I'd like to explore, that sometimes I tell myself. Chill!! Focus on one, DO IT, and then move on to the next. Not a chance! :) They are all to fun and interesting to me to just do one, so then I of course stay up at night thinking about all these things and how I didn't do anything about it again that day. I would like to learn how to sew for starters. I come from a family that is not.....how shall I say, ....ummm domesticated?? Growing up if something needed to be patched up or sewn it was usually, hot glued, stapled, or thrown away. LOL Sorry to rat you out mom :) I see all these cute things that people make and sew and I have finally decided....shoot I could day that. I mean come on, I could do that right? So there's number 1 on my list...and this is in no particular order.

I would like to learn how to sew and then make homemade yummy quilts like these for my kids and family.

Second I love love love taking pictures and messing around with them after on the computer. I'd love to take a Photoshop class at MCC and get the Photoshop program and make artistic masterpieces out of my photos.....ok ok so maybe they'd just be average pictures, that have been messed with lol but I can tell myself they are artistic masterpieces. Anyways then I'd convert them and my blog entries in to books on shutterfly.com or picaboo. I've made a couple books already and I just love them. What an easy way to journal, and keep genealogy. Especially for someone who hates hates....did I say hate??? Yes I hate scrapbooking.

And last but certainly not least b/c I'd love to do this first is to record all the songs I have written to a cd and get it put to sheet music. I write music all the time and my brain is starting to get overloaded with too much memory and I'm starting to forget things b/c I don't have it written down or saved anywhere. I love music. It is my passion and my favorite thing to do besides being with my husband and little girl.

Duna! Those are all really cute ideas and totally do-able! How fun! I feel like that some days too but mine are more along the lines of going back to school or cooking.

Good for you! And about the music - definitely write it down!! My mom never finished writing her music down and I wish she would have.

Hey,
I just read on Tayts about your miscarriage. I am soo sorry. I think more than anything, that happening again is what's holding me back from trying again just yet. You are braver than me. I hope this next time is better!

Yeah I understand Denee. I wish there were more than 24 hours in a day to accomplish all I want to. I know how to quilt, I actually made Ty a vintage cowboy quilt, and it was soooo fun to make. Sewing is so much fun and you can be really creative. I didn't know you wrote music! That is so neat. And photography is so cool too. If you ever get Photoshop CS3, trust me, you won't be disappointed! We should get together sometime!
