Ode To My LuLu

It's been new beginnings in our household lately. One of which is the little monkey's lulu....(her pacifier in case you were wondering what a lulu is.......and yes girls I said pacifier, not pacific-er) So I guess "Mam" started making new binkie's that have this film stuff or a different coting on the nipple part. I have no idea why. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!! Well it was time to switch out her old one, as you can see why in the pictures with all the drool, and food caked on the inside looking like mold, and she wouldn't take the new ones. She would spit the new one out and grab the old one and sigh with relief like she was putting a trusty ole pair of shoes or something. I searched online, tried different brands, finally finding some that were almost identical to make the switch without her hopefully noticing. You're probably asking yourself, why spend all that money, and why not just ween her off it??? You see that'd take commitment on my part, in which I'm not willing to do right now :) So finally the issue has been resolved and she has slipped into a new lulu and enjoying life one suck at a time!

Ty also loves his binky and I just haven't gotten the guts to wean him off it yet, especially when its the only thing that quiets him down! I'm so sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I had one in November and they suck.

Sorry about the miscarriage. That would be rough. I often wonder what would be worse....being able to actually get pregnant, but not able to carry it to term always...or struggling to even get pregnant. One of my friends got pregnant and then had a miscarriage, but I told her at least you know you can get pregnant. Either way it sucks. Who knew it could be so hard to simply have a baby?
